BREAD PUDDING RECIPE

Easy Food Recipes - Bread Pudding Recipe

Ingredients :
  • White bread
  • Milk
  • Eggs (depends on the number of breads. 2 eggs if many breads)
  • Granulated sugar
  • Meses / Chocolate Chip / Raisin
Directions of Bread Pudding Recipe :
  1. Soak white bread with liquid milk until dissolved (no significant dose for milk, the essential is both bread and milk are blended well).
  2. Beat the eggs, add sugar. Shake until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add the eggs to bread, mix. Take taste, is it pretty sweet? if less sweet, add more sugar.
  4. For variation, before steaming / roasting, add Meses / Chocolate Chip / Raisin. Give a lot for good.
  5. Let in oven untill cooked. Heat the oven about 190 degrees celsius, then roast for about 30-40 minutes.
  6. Remove when it is cooked.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH PUDDING RECIPE

Butternut Squash Pudding Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 400 gr old butternut squash
  • 4 chicken eggs
  • 100 ml thick coconut milk
  • 5 grams sugar
Ingredients to Make Sauce :
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk
  • 1 sheet of pandan leaf, cut into pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Directions to Make Butternut Squash Pudding :
  1. Peel the butternut squash, seeded, then cut into pieces. Steam the squash in a hot steamer for 20 minutes. Do it untill the squash becomes tender.
  2. Lift the butternut squash, mashed while hot.
  3. Mix the butternut squash with eggs, coconut milk, and sugar. Stir untill blended.
  4. Put in 4 cups/bowls of food. Steam in a hot steamer for 30 minutes.
  5. While that, make one the sauce ingredients, then boil them together.
  6. Lift, Pour the sauce above. Serve warm or cold.

RESEP PUDING ALPUKAT (ADVOCADO)

Resep Puding Alpukat (Advocado) Segar



Bahan :

  • 850 cc susu sapi
  • 250 gr gula pasir
  • 2 bungkus agar agar (usahakan yang putih)
  • 2 bh alpukat, ambil dagingnya saja
  • 100 cc air panas
  • 1 sdk makan pasta cocoa
Cara Membuat Puding Alpukat :

  1. Cincang kasar buah alpukat
  2. Masak gula, agar agar dan sus sapi hingga mendidih
  3. Angkat dan aduk aduk terus, tambahkan alpukat cincang kemudian aduk hingga rata
  4. Bila sudah agak dingin, masukkan pasta mocca kedalam adonan
  5. Tuangkan dalam cetakan yang sudah dibasahi dengan air sebelumnya.
  6. Dinginkan
  7. Jika sudah mengeras, potong potong dan sajikan
